Start Guide/Opinions page

Finished the set-up of this start guide page. A lot of (work in progress) will be placed to better help me in organizing, and a preview for you guys if you so happen to see one. Just for reference, I might be adding a review page soon! Thinking about this, I might look back at this and think, wow I’ve come a long way, and I hope I do. Thanks for your (future) support! LOL
